Convinced: The Life & Ministry of Jesus from Luke’s Perspective
Luke was convinced that Jesus was the Son of God and the Savior of the world. Although he had not met Jesus in the flesh, he had traveled extensively with the apostle Paul and witnessed the powerful impact our Lord had on Paul’s life as well as on his own life. After careful research and interviews with the disciples who had been with Jesus and seen the Risen Lord, he wrote The Gospel of Luke to dispel any doubt about Jesus’ identity. Luke wanted his friend Theophilus and other early believers to be convinced, and he wants us to be convinced, too.
