No matter how many times you see them, it’s always exciting to see the famous Blue Angels perform so, don’t miss this two-day unforgettable opportunity! There is much more to the show other than the Blue Angels; there are acrobatic flying teams, helicopter acrobatics, Navy Seal sky divers, a jet powered truck, and more. It’s, a full-fledged air show.
We will depart from the Church parking lot via chartered motor coach at 8 AM on November 8 and go directly to the Suburban Lodge (a Choice Privilege hotel) in Pensacola, Florida located near the air station.
After check-in we will go over to the Air Base for the 2 PM show. We will have private box seating in the Flight Line Club which will include lunch and soft drinks. There are many food places at the show where you can get additional food on your own prior to leaving for the hotel right after the show ends at around 7 PM.
On Saturday morning, we will have a leisure check-out of our hotel, and depart for home. A short distance from the hotel we will stop for breakfast at Denny’s (order from the menu) and expect to arrive in the parking lot at approximately 12 to 1 PM.
COST (per person): Single Occupancy: $185; Double Occupancy: $155
INCLUDED IN COST: transportation, lodging, 1 breakfast, flight line club with lunch, all gratuities.
RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations will be taken on a first come basis at the Young at Heart meetings on Tuesday, Sept
17 and Tuesday, Oct 15. If you cannot attend one of these meetings have someone sign you up at the Young at Heart trip table with your check made payable to First Baptist Church OR from Sept 23 through Oct 15 you may sign up online at FbcCov.org/events. Online registrants please mail check made payable to First Baptist Church to the following address:

(Note: you cannot make reservation in the church office).
Payment in full made at one of the Young at Heart meetings secures your reservation. Online registration is not secure until payment is received by Angela in the church office.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM: Minimum of 35 people are required to make this trip. Maximum is 50.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations accepted with a full refund until October 20. After October 21 there will be NO REFUNDS unless there is a waiting list, and someone is willing to take your place. If you must cancel, contact Angela in the church office to get the name of the next person (s) on the waiting list. It will be up to you to call that person and ask that they contact Angela in order to take your place. Once they make their payment, your refund will be mailed to you. You may not transfer your trip to another person on your own if there is a waiting list.
