Our theme this year is ‘Around the World’. Indoor will have Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, Antarctica, and Australia. Outdoor will have North America/USA. If you want to choose the outdoor set-up option, we will have a row of cars designated to games and can also do candy. The other row of cars will only be candy.

• Set up time will be between 1-2:30; once we receive this form back, we will contact you with more detail on set-up.
• You will have an assigned area to set up.

• We appreciate all candy donations to be placed in the bins on either church entrance or at the trunk or treat table in the foyer.
