Upward Soccer Registration is Open
Register Online at registration.upward.org
Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office
between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday or
between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
The early registration cost per child for soccer is $65;
After January 18, the cost is $85.
Deadline for registration is February 2.
Soccer shorts are optional at a cost of $15.
EVALUATIONS:
Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation. They will take place at

All Leagues K4-6th Grade
Saturday, January 11, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, January 18, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
