For Musicians

If you enjoy singing, there are several great ways to lift your voice in praise as part of our worship services and other seasonal events:

  • Sanctuary Choir – Practice is on Wednesday nights from 6:45 – 8:00pm and the choir participates in the Sunday 9:30am service. Our Sanctuary Choir also performs special musical productions at Christmas and in the Spring.
  • Vocalists (participate as a part of music leadership in the Saturday 6:00pm & Sunday 11:00am services) This group of singers rotates weekly and is auditioned. If you’re interested in becoming a regular part of the vocal team, please contact the music office for more details.
  • Children’s Choir – Practice is on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm. Grades K-6th. Our Children’s Choir performs special musical productions at Christmas and in the Spring.
  • Youth Choir – Practice is on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm for students in 7th-12th grade. Our Youth Choir is directed by Jenna Cowart. You can contact the music office for more details.

If playing an instrument is more of your gift, there are awesome opportunities during our worship services and seasonal events:

  • Sanctuary Orchestra – Practice is on Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 6:45pm and the orchestra participates primarily in the Sunday 9:30am service. Our Sanctuary Orchestra also participates in special musical productions at Christmas and in the Spring with the Sanctuary Choir.
  • Praise Bands (these groups participate as a part of music leadership in the Saturday 6:00pm & Sunday 11:00am services) Band members ideally serve on a rotation once every 3 weeks. If you play guitar, bass guitar, drums, or keyboard, and are interested in auditioning for one of our bands, please contact the Music Office for more details.

For Media Volunteers

If you enjoy technology or media arts, then become a member of the sound, lighting, or video teams. No experience is necessary; all it takes is a desire to serve the Lord. Training is provided. If you are interested in becoming a member of our technology or media arts team, please contact Barry Carpenter.
