From guiding guests through the parking lot, greeting them at the door, and answering questions at the information desk, the First Impressions team makes sure our church is a welcoming place for all!

Golf Cart Drivers
A guest’s first impression of FBC Covington starts before they walk through the front door. Some guests need extra assistance navigating the parking lot, and our golf cart drivers are happy to help.
Guest Services
The Guest Services team operates at the Information desk in the Connection Center by answering questions, helping people sign up for upcoming events, and guiding guests to unfamiliar areas.
Greeters
Whether it’s their first visit or they’ve been attending for years, we want every person who walks through our doors to see a friendly face. Greeters make sure FBC Covington is a welcome environment for all.
