The Personnel Ministry Team of First Baptist Church, along with the FBC Pastors are happy to recommend that Carl Doescher be called to serve in a full-time capacity as Minister to JR High Students.

In this capacity, Carl will serve alongside, and under, the direction of Chris Kroll, our Student Pastor, and Bill Boren, our Minister to Student Families. He will work under the general direction of Clif Smith, our Minister of Education.

Carl is married to Megan Waddell Doescher, who grew up in our congregation. They are expecting their first child any day now.

Carl will be presented to the church in each of the weekend worship services May 22-23. If elected, he will begin his duties June 1.
