WE’VE GOTTEN OFF TO A GOOD START

It’s a new school year, and we’ve gotten off to a good start!

I am so thankful for you and your love for God and your faithfulness to Him and His church. Our worship services, connect groups, and all of our ministries have been equal to or exceeding the pre-pandemic levels. With all we’ve been through, this is an amazing fact. 

What we see is a recognition that we all need the Lord and what He does  in our lives.

With that in mind I want you to think about our “healing ministries”. These are the way we designate the groups and ministries that help people in times of stress and trouble.

Are you struggling with life? These groups can be a help and be a blessing to you. While there are too many ways to list, let me give you a few – think of Celebrate Recovery, Grief Share, Divorce Care, and Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group.

We also do many things for families that can help you along the way. Both Trail Life and American Heritage Girls are great groups filled with parents and leaders who love children and love the Lord.

Frankly, I can’t think of anything better than your children learning Scripture and how to use it as we do in B.L.A.S.T. and Bible drill. 

All of these are set up to bless you and your family. I want to encourage you to find your place in the ministries of FBC.
